Summerās ringing⦠and weāre picking up with iced tea š¹
Itās more than just a seasonal favorite ā it can actually be a smart swap for sugary drinks. Whether itās green, black, or herbal, iced tea brings flavor without the junk.
But hereās the catch: not all iced teas are created equal. Many popular brands are stripped of actual tea and pumped full of sugars and controversial additives.
To help you sip smarter, weāve rounded up 10 of the best-rated iced teas on Yuka. Cool down, level up your health, and let iced tea do what it does best š§

Like all our rankings, this one was conducted completely independently, and no brand has paid to be included.
I would not promote Liquid Death regardless of how “Good” it may be. The company has confirmed occult ties by hiring/using witches for spells and markets selling your soul to become a member of their club. Hard pass!
I’ve been looking for Teas but seen a lot of them with a big amount of sugar. Now, I’ll look for the teas that you suggested. Thank you!!
Thank you for sharing this product. I love tea and l trying different brands. I will definitely try these different ones.
Great information. Thank you!
Love your app! Who knew there was such a disparity with similar products. And āorganicā is always the best choice. For example, Annieās Mac&Cheese. FYI, I love Liquid Death!
Thanks for unbiased information.
Thank you very much about 10 top iced tea. Love it. I had trouble figuring out which ice tea is best for me. I will save this for reference!! Thanks again.ššš

šā¤ļøš
Thanks for sharing. I see there are a few iced teas I want to try now. Very helpful!
Thank you for all you guys do. My hope is that Corporations and Big Pay Days do not influence your honesty to the people that use your awesome app. It is a great thing, as society is flipping to healthier eating. For generations we have been poisoned by corporation make garbage food that is tasty yet kills us a mouth full at a time. Again thank you for all you guys do!
Will stick with sun tea . From the pool deck & let it set for a few hours . Poured over ice & quenches the thirst after doing yard work
Great I Love Yukaā¦
Thank u for heads up on teas. Perfect time of year to try thes.
Hello! I love your ratings, but I think you should consider giving a higher rating to beverages stored in glass rather than plastic containers. The storing of beverages like tea in plastic containers causes leaching of pfas into our beverages, so that is a missing consideration. Thank you for your time.
I love Pure Leaf!
Thank you for the information. Always sharing your app.
Unsweetened Iced Tea Pure Leaf
Thx great info
Thank you
I love this! Remarks should be positive only. Knowledge is power.
thank you
great to know! Thank you
Thank you so much for the update
Thank you!
I think you need to consider the citric acid ingredient as a potential issue as it is often produced using dangerous ingredients like mold. I feel it should be disclosed how it is produced as some of us cannot have corn ingredients and this could be dangerous.
This is good to know but for the colder the better. Any recommendations to make our own tea?
Also USDA certification is very questionable the United States Department of Agriculture certify a lot of things that simply are not good for us very similar to FDA in function therefore I would recommend going Beyond the USDA to qualify an item as healthy due to a lot of hidden ingredients and the effects that they may have on the body’s organs during the digestion process
Many of these are loaded with sugar although they might not have a lot of GMO chemicals it’s still not good for people with insulin resistance or diabetic
Thanks for the info. Appreciated.
Great ! Good to know.
Now I want to try them all.
Thanks so much for everything your company does! Iāve always been a health foodie but because of your app now more than ever! I share your app with friends and strangers!
Thanks š
I scan almost everything now before I buy. I’ve shared this app with so many people too. If has definitely changed my shopping habits. The bread i used to pay $4 for that thought was “healthy ” actually was terrible. Thank you! You can’t avoid all but can make better choices for sure.
Your whole program is a big plus in our lives…..and helps us TRY to stay out of the FOOD DANGER zone !! Your work is appriciated beyond words. Nothing goes in our baslet unless it is checked out first. Thanks so much……KRS
Thank you for this great information, I love tea and brew my own but when Iām out with friends or traveling these are great options.

This app is amazing. A lot of our foods are making us sick. With the Yuka app it explains the ratings and provides healthier choices. Since having the app, I am eating better and have more energy. Thank you!!
Anne S.
Do they have caffeine?
Yes. Most iced tea comes from black tea which does have caffeine. Sometimes they sell caffeine free versions.
I love this app. I use it everywhere. I go thank you so much for creating it and delivering current up-to-date food value context. I have shared this app with several people, some say they will not use it because it will keep them from eating foods they love, of course, I explained about alternatives.
Thanks.
I use your apt everyday. I have changed to a lot more healthy way of living because of your apt. I’ve also felt better and lost weight from eating through right foods. Thank you so much. Oh and I share your app with others in the stores I shop in. Great app!
Thank you
Iām enjoying your app
What makes one better than the other? And why is the highest score a 80/100, when it’s only two ingredients?
It should add that info too. If you look up the products on their app, it will tell you each ingredient info and risk rating etc.
Thanks so much. Are any of these 10 teas caffeine free?
Sorry, what would be the point of drinking tea if it were caffiene free?
I never thought of drinking tea for energy. I drink it to quench my thirst. It’s another liquid besides water & coffee since I don’t have carbonated drinks. Thanks for the info.
Thank you! I love this app !
This is very helpful information. It is very difficult to find clean ingredients. We love the app – it has changed our eating habits!
What is the best electrolyte stick?
I use a tea bag in a stainless steel container. Is there any tea bag better than another?
I purchase the Yogi tea bags. They have several different ones and score high w/ the Yuka app.
We drink only tea in its bag, natural juices and water.
Any suggestions for a good refreshing tea.?
“Constant Comment”
Thank you so much for this amazing app!!! I am making better choices at the grocery store and online as it doesnāt take 15 minutes trying to decipher labels that are often too small to even read clearly!
Thank you. I enjoy using Yuka.I’m making better food choices.
I will order one of the teas. I really like different teas. YUKA has really made my life so much better. Thank you!š
And healthy !!!
Are any decaf?
Thank you for information!
In Costco the Kirkland brand is not detected. Why?
Thank you so much⦠Love Yuka
I will try some of these, thanks!

So nice to have great suggestions so we can always be making better choices what we put into our bodies thanks, Yuka!
Thank you for the information.
Thank you so much I love
Water no tea for me
How can ya beat anything called “Liquid Death”? lol
I have seen it but the name of it scared me off!
Thank you for the information
Thank You š
Was curious as I saw Milo’s tew today in Walmart, so good to know if scores pretty high. I have doubts about liquid Death anything, I think it is labeled clearly and correctly. Pure Leaf and Tejava both taste good. I usually make my own Black and green Teas using tea bags (Trader Joe’s Moroccan Mint or PG Tips for black tea) and bottled water to avoid fluoride. Do any of your tests include Fluoride content of the water being used in these? I k ow some tea leaves also contain Fluoride as well, but hard to avoid it altogether. For sweetener i only use Stevia liquid drops (2 or 4 drops only), or Stevia in the raw packs. Great post and appreciate the info.
No info on SEVEN TEAS brand? Whole foods has it. and it is quite good.
My understanding about liquid death is that it premiered at music festivals and was presented in a can with that name to appear like your hanging and drinking but making a better choice without the peer pressure. Beats carrying around a bottle of Poland Spring. For the younger set it seems to work and scoring well on Yuka – mission accomplished. š¤
Very informative, thank you!!!
Love the information you share
Your app is the best 10 ten dollars I ever spent!!
I drink the Hteo0 brand. The blueberry and Georgia peach, you give them both high marks.
Thank you for this informative App.
Since I love iced tea, I was eager to read your take on the best ones to buy. I did recognize certain brands in your article, but there is still a problem for me.
I only drink decaffeinated tea, or, rarely, a green tea.
Have you done any research on decaffeinated teas? I would love to hear if any good ones are available. They are almost impossible to findāgood or badāand so I usually end up making my own.
This is very informative. Thanks so much.
Do you have top products for Canadian products? I canāt even see this new top products.
Most teas and coffee have pesticide residue. What about these?
Is the Trader Joeās ā¦decaf?
So helpful! Thank you!
Thank you so much for all of your valuable information.
Thank you for showing that
What is it that is keeping these teas from having a higher gradeā¦All the unsweetened teas seam to only have two or three ingredientsā¦
Any decaffinated ice teas ?
PLEASE NEED INFORMATION ABOUT THE REAL OLIVE OIL..I USE GOYA FROM.SPAIN.
thank you for the information.
Thanks for that!! What do you think of Hibiscus tea? Aveda tea?
Thanks for your knowledge. Love tea now I know which to buy.
Thank you. Many people serve premade iced tea from the grocery store. It’s helpful to know the quality ones.
Thank you. I love this app and suggest it to everyone. I really appreciate that it is free, people are much more likely do download it when i tell them that. I agree with others about wanting to know which are in glass and which are in plastic.
Thank U
No teas for me I love my water and make mind own teas of choice no liquid Death, thank you anyway
Thank you for having my āBackā, and the rest of my body
Wow thanx I don’t even know if some of these teas
How about Saint James ice tea? That is my go to.
Would of like to learn of decaffeinated teas
But most of these look like they are in plastic bottles! Which ones are in glass? I donāt want plastic juice in my tea.
To everyone asking questions I really recommend their app. You’re limited with the free version but for only $10/year you can a much more extensive version. I really like it because I’ve been able to look up a lot of foods, drinks and body products. It’s well worth $10/year to be healthier.
Yes, be generous and buy the app for 20.00 a year. That is very low cost.
Is there any decaffeinated ready-made teas to buy?
So helpful, thank you !
Great info, Thanks Yuka
Is there an iced tea that resembles sweet tea?
Thank you. š
Could you recommend the best iced tea with a tad of sugar, since some of us Texans need it??
I really recommend the app. I looked it up for you and the one I found that had only 6 grams of sugar was the iced tea by Liquid Death.
Get some syrups? I have a great raspberry one..,
I would appreciate the same listing about iced tea + lemonade.
Great job at identifying the best products. I appreciate knowing what is the best and healthiest to bye!
Thank You so much for your incredible research on so many products! You are so very helpful to millions of consumers who care about what we consume for a healthy life!
Very much appreciated! TY!
My husband does not like PURE LEAF – only GOLD PEAK – how bad is GOLD PEAK?
Wondering the same, I am a gold peak drinker.
According to the Yuka app, it contains phosphoric acid. The amount of phosphorus “exceeds recommendations, and whose excess could disrupt bone mineralization, have a harmful effect on kidneys, and increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases.” An examination of the label and information on their website does no include the amount of phosphoric acid in each bottle.
I really recommend their app. Then you can look a lot of things. You can look up some things with the free version but you can look up a lot of things with $10/year version. It also has a lot of other things besides food like body products, etc.
Thank you
Nice thank you so much
Would be nice to include where you can purchase tea’s from.
Thank u that would be nice too, don’t ser alotbof these teas where I shop
I would recommmend trying to stay away from anything packaged in plastic (petrochemical). I know thatās mostly everything, but microplastics are or should be a huge concern, not only for the environment, but more importantly our health.
Agreed! Thanks!
Great work on this!! Itās good to know Iām drinking the best tea available for me.
No hibiscus tea?!
